Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2023; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the dates specified in those items:
この法律は、令和五年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions in Article 1 amending the table of contents of the Act on Securing Compensation for Automobile Accidents (limited to the part replacing "Article 23-21" with "Article 23-23"), the provisions amending Article 23-5, paragraph (1) and Article 23-6, paragraph (1), item (i) of that Act, the provisions replacing Article 23-21 with Article 23-23 and Article 23-20 with Article 23-22 in Chapter III, Section 2-2 of that Act, the provisions amending Article 23-19 of that Act, the provisions renumbering that Article as Article 23-21 of that Act and moving Articles 23-16 through 23-18 of that Act down by two Articles each, the provisions adding one paragraph to Article 23-15 of that Act, the provisions renumbering that Article as Article 23-17 of that Act, renumbering Article 23-14 of that Act as Article 23-16 of that Act, and adding two Articles after Article 23-13 of that Act, the provisions amending Articles 86-3 through 90 of that Act, and the provisions of the following Article: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding three months from the date of promulgation.
第一条中自動車損害賠償保障法の目次の改正規定（「第二十三条の二十一」を「第二十三条の二十三」に改める部分に限る。）、同法第二十三条の五第一項及び第二十三条の六第一項第一号の改正規定、同法第三章第二節の二中第二十三条の二十一を第二十三条の二十三とし、第二十三条の二十を第二十三条の二十二とする改正規定、同法第二十三条の十九の改正規定、同条を同法第二十三条の二十一とし、同法第二十三条の十六から第二十三条の十八までを二条ずつ繰り下げる改正規定、同法第二十三条の十五に一項を加える改正規定、同条を同法第二十三条の十七とし、同法第二十三条の十四を同法第二十三条の十六とし、同法第二十三条の十三の次に二条を加える改正規定並びに同法第八十六条の三から第九十条までの改正規定並びに次条の規定 公布の日から起算して三月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日
