附 則
The effective date of this Act is to be the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding eight months from the date of promulgation.
この法律の施行期日は、公布の日から起算して八箇月をこえない範囲内において政令で定める日とする。
The provisions of Article 82, paragraph (2) do not apply for the time being.
第八十二条第二項の規定は、当分の間、適用しない。
In the case referred to in the preceding paragraph, the provisions of Article 213, paragraph (1), item (i), (f) and Article 215, paragraph (1) of the Act on Special Accounts (Act No. 23 of 2007) do not apply.
前項の場合においては、特別会計に関する法律（平成十九年法律第二十三号）第二百十三条第一項第一号ヘ及び第二百十五条第一項の規定は、適用しない。
