Supplementary Provisions, Article 14Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act
第十四条（厚生年金保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 7-5, Article 11-6 and Article 13-6 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article apply to suspension of payment of employees' old-age pensions for insureds subject to the provisions of Article 61, paragraph (5) of the Employment Insurance Act as amended (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 61-2, paragraph (3) of the Employment Insurance Act), and the provisions then in force continue to govern suspension of payment of employees' old-age pensions for insureds for whom the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions.
前条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法附則第七条の五、第十一条の六及び第十三条の六の規定は、改正後雇用保険法第六十一条第五項（雇用保険法第六十一条の二第三項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定の適用を受ける被保険者に係る老齢厚生年金の支給の停止について適用し、附則第三条の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされた被保険者に係る老齢厚生年金の支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
