The Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism must take the measures necessary and appropriate for the secure management of the registration identification information that the Minister handles, such as preventing its leakage, loss or damage.
国土交通大臣は、その取り扱う登録識別情報の漏えい、滅失又はき損の防止その他の登録識別情報の安全管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を講じなければならない。
A motor vehicle registration officer or other official of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism engaged in affairs relating to registration, or a person who formerly held such a position, must not divulge any secret concerning the creation or management of registration identification information that the person came to know in connection with those affairs.
自動車登録官その他の登録に関する事務に従事する国土交通省の職員又はその職にあつた者は、その事務に関して知り得た登録識別情報の作成又は管理に関する秘密を漏らしてはならない。
