A motor vehicle registration number plate issuing agent must display, at its place of business, a sign in the form specified by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, in a manner easily visible to the public.
自動車登録番号標交付代行者は、事業場において、公衆の見易いように、国土交通省令で定める様式の標識を掲げなければならない。
A person other than a motor vehicle registration number plate issuing agent must not display the sign referred to in the preceding paragraph or a sign resembling it.
