In addition to what is provided for in Article 75-6, paragraph (1), if the relevant administrative agency finds it necessary for achieving the purpose of Article 1, it may have the following persons submit reports concerning the ownership or use of road transport vehicles, or their business or operations:
当該行政庁は、第七十五条の六第一項に定めるもののほか、第一条の目的を達成するため必要があると認めるときは、次に掲げる者に、道路運送車両の所有若しくは使用又は事業若しくは業務に関し報告をさせることができる。
the owner or user of a road transport vehicle;
道路運送車両の所有者又は使用者
a person entrusted with the attachment of seals pursuant to Article 28-3, paragraph (1);
第二十八条の三第一項の規定により封印の取付けの委託を受けた者
a person who has made a notification pursuant to Article 29, paragraph (2) or Article 30;
a person who has obtained the permission referred to in Article 36-2, paragraph (1);
第三十六条の二第一項の許可を受けた者
a person designated pursuant to Article 55, paragraph (3) in respect of the training facility for motor vehicle mechanics that the person establishes;
第五十五条第三項の規定によりその設ける自動車整備士の養成施設について指定を受けた者
a person designated pursuant to Article 75, paragraph (1) in respect of a model of motor vehicle;
a person designated pursuant to Article 75-2, paragraph (1) in respect of a model of specified common structural part;
第七十五条の二第一項の規定により特定共通構造部の型式について指定を受けた者
a person designated pursuant to Article 75-3, paragraph (1) in respect of a model of specified equipment;
第七十五条の三第一項の規定により特定装置の型式について指定を受けた者
a person who has received certification as an excellent motor vehicle maintenance business operator;
優良自動車整備事業者の認定を受けた者
a person who has obtained the permission referred to in Article 99-3, paragraph (1).
第九十九条の三第一項の許可を受けた者
A relevant official may, in addition to what is provided for in Article 75-6, paragraph (1), if the official finds it particularly necessary for achieving the purpose of Article 1, enter the offices or other places of business of the persons set forth in the items of the preceding paragraph, or places where road transport vehicles are found to be located, and inspect road transport vehicles, books and documents, and other articles, or question persons concerned.
当該職員は、第七十五条の六第一項に定めるもののほか、第一条の目的を達成するため特に必要があると認めるときは、前項各号に掲げる者の事務所その他の事業場又は道路運送車両の所在すると認める場所に立ち入り、道路運送車両、帳簿書類その他の物件を検査し、又は関係者に質問することができる。
In the case referred to in the preceding paragraph, the relevant official must carry an identification card showing the official's status and present it when requested by a person concerned.
前項の場合には、当該職員は、その身分を示す証票を携帯し、かつ、関係者の請求があるときは、これを提示しなければならない。
The authority under paragraph (2) must not be construed as having been granted for the purpose of criminal investigation.
第二項の規定による権限は、犯罪捜査のために認められたものと解釈してはならない。
