When a relevant official inspects any of the following items pursuant to paragraph (2) of the preceding Article, the relevant administrative agency may have the Agency conduct the examination prescribed in the respective item:
a motor vehicle: examination of whether the motor vehicle conforms to the safety standards;
articles of a person who has obtained the permission referred to in Article 99-3, paragraph (1): examination of whether that person has the capability sufficient to appropriately carry out specified modification, etc.

When the Agency has conducted the examinations prescribed in the items of the preceding paragraph, it must notify the relevant administrative agency of the results of those examinations without delay, as provided by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
