附 則
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
A pharmacy at which a pharmacist designated by the prefectural governor pursuant to the provisions of Article 49 of the Public Assistance Act prior to amendment by this Act is actually engaged in dispensing at the time this Act comes into effect is deemed to be a pharmacy designated by the prefectural governor pursuant to the provisions of the same Article of that Act as amended by this Act.
この法律による改正前の生活保護法第四十九条の規定により都道府県知事が指定した薬剤師がこの法律の施行の際現に調剤に従事している薬局は、この法律による改正後の同法同条の規定により都道府県知事が指定した薬局とみなす。
