附 則
The part of this Act pertaining to the amendment of Article 7 comes into effect on the date on which six months have elapsed from the date of promulgation, and the other parts come into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律中第七条の改正に関する部分は、公布の日から起算して六月を経過した日から、その他の部分は、公布の日から施行する。
