第六条
The provisions of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis to the designation under Article 118, paragraph (1) of the New Medical Care Act. In this case, the phrase "Articles 113 and" in paragraph (2) of the preceding Article is deemed to be replaced with "Articles 118 and", and the phrase "Article 113, paragraph (1)" is deemed to be replaced with "Article 118, paragraph (1)".
前条の規定は、新医療法第百十八条第一項の規定による指定について準用する。この場合において、前条第二項中「第百十三条及び」とあるのは「第百十八条及び」と、「第百十三条第一項」とあるのは「第百十八条第一項」と読み替えるものとする。
