Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the amending provisions of Article 499 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in Article 2 and the provisions of Article 4 and Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of the day specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第二条中刑事訴訟法第四百九十九条の改正規定並びに附則第四条及び第五条の規定は、公布の日から起算して六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
