Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 1998.
この法律は、平成十年四月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 11Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Juveniles Act
第十一条（少年法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With respect to a decision to refer to a juvenile education and training home or a decision to refer to a children's care home made under the provisions of Article 24, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Juveniles Act prior to amendment by the provisions of the preceding Article, for which the disposition for rehabilitation of an adjudicated delinquent pertaining to that decision has not ended at the time this Act comes into effect, such decisions are deemed to be, respectively, a decision to refer to a children's self-reliance support facility or a decision to refer to a foster home made under the provisions of that item as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article.
前条の規定による改正前の少年法第二十四条第一項第二号の規定によりなされた教護院に送致する決定又は養護施設に送致する決定であって、この法律の施行の際その決定に係る保護処分が終了していないものについては、それぞれ前条の規定による改正後の同号の規定によりなされた児童自立支援施設に送致する決定又は児童養護施設に送致する決定とみなす。
