Supplementary Provisions
附 則
Of this Act, the provisions amending Articles 61-2, 61-3 and 65 of the Courts Act, the provisions amending Article 6, item (vi) of the Prosecution Review Commission Act that pertain to juvenile investigating officers and assistant juvenile investigating officers, and the provisions amending the Juveniles Act come into effect as of the day on which 30 days have elapsed from the date of promulgation, and the other parts come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この法律のうち、裁判所法第六十一条の二、第六十一条の三及び第六十五条の改正規定、検察審査会法第六条第六号の改正規定中少年調査官及び少年調査官補に関するもの並びに少年法の改正規定は公布の日から起算して三十日を経過した日から、その他の部分は公布の日から施行する。
A court secretary who, at the time when 30 days have elapsed from the date of promulgation of this Act, is currently appointed as a juvenile protection officer and who is not appointed as a juvenile investigating officer is, unless a separate written appointment is issued, deemed to have been appointed as an assistant juvenile investigating officer concurrently serving as a court secretary, and to have been ordered to serve at the court at which that person currently serves.
この法律の公布の日から起算して三十日を経過した際現に少年保護司に補せられている裁判所事務官で、少年調査官に任命されないものは、別に辞令を発せられないときは、裁判所事務官を兼ねて少年調査官補に任命され、且つ、現にその者の勤務する裁判所に勤務することを命ぜられたものとみなす。
