附 則
Of this Act, the provisions amending Article 65-2 of the Courts Act and Article 2 of the National Public Service Act come into effect on January 1, 1952, and the other provisions come into effect on April 1, 1951.
この法律のうち、裁判所法第六十五条の二及び国家公務員法第二条の改正規定は昭和二十七年一月一日から、その他の規定は昭和二十六年四月一日から施行する。
