Changes by (Act No. 39 of 2025)
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 98 as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 167-2, paragraph (2) as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to the second sentence of paragraph (2) of the preceding Article in the case where a document in lieu of a detention warrant has been delivered pursuant to the provisions of Article 207-2, paragraph (2), the phrase "a transcript of the detention warrant" in paragraph (1) of Article 98 is deemed to be replaced with "the document in lieu of the detention warrant under the main clause of Article 207-2, paragraph (2)".
第二百七条の二第二項の規定による勾留状に代わるものの交付があつた場合における前条第二項後段において準用する第百六十七条の二第二項において準用する第九十八条の規定の適用については、同条第一項中「勾留状の謄本」とあるのは、「第二百七条の二第二項本文の勾留状に代わるもの」とする。
