第九条（検討）
When 10 years have passed after this Act comes into effect, the government is to review the status of nutrient intake of the public and the status of enforcement of the provisions of Articles 17 and 17-2 of the New Nutrition Improvement Act, and take necessary measures based on the results of the review.
政府は、この法律の施行後十年を経過した場合において、国民の栄養摂取の状況並びに新栄養改善法第十七条及び第十七条の二の規定の施行の状況について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
