Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Accompanying Partial Amendment of the Nutrition Improvement Act
第四条（栄養改善法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
A person who is a nutrition instructor appointed pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Nutrition Improvement Act prior to the amendment under the provisions of Article 7 continues to hold that status.
第七条の規定による改正前の栄養改善法附則第二項の規定により任命された栄養指導員である者は、なおその地位を有する。
