附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the date on which 60 days have elapsed from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して六十日を経過した日から施行する。
An inspection conducted pursuant to the provisions of Article 14, paragraph (1) before amendment is deemed to be an inspection conducted pursuant to the provisions of that paragraph after amendment.
改正前の第十四条第一項の規定により行なわれた検査は、改正後の同項の規定により行なわれた検査とみなす。
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
