Unless registration of a registered conformity assessment body is renewed at the end of each period of not less than three years which is specified by Cabinet Order, the registration ceases to be effective upon the expiration of the period.
登録検査機関の登録は、三年を下らない政令で定める期間ごとにその更新を受けなければ、その期間の経過によつて、その効力を失う。
The provisions of Article 31 through the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis to the renewal of registration referred to in the preceding paragraph.
第三十一条から前条までの規定は、前項の登録の更新について準用する。
