第四十四条
Article 44
遺族補償を受けるべき同順位の者が二人以上ある場合には、遺族補償は、その人数によつて等分するものとする。
When there are two or more persons of the same priority rank who should be given compensation for bereaved family, the compensation for bereaved family shall be equally divided by the number of such persons.
