常時百人未満の労働者を使用する事業場における休業補償については、毎月勤労統計における各産業の毎月きまつて支給する給与の四半期ごとの平均給与額のその四半期の前における四半期ごとの平均給与額に対する比率に基づき、当該休業補償の額の算定にあたり平均賃金の百分の六十（当該事業場が当該休業補償について常時百人以上の労働者を使用するものとしてその額の改訂をしたことがあるものである場合にあつては、当該改訂に係る休業補償の額）に乗ずべき率を告示するものとする。
With respect to compensation for absence from work at a workplace that regularly employs fewer than 100 workers, the rate by which 60 percent of the average wage (or, if the workplace is one that has revised the amount of that compensation for absence from work as a workplace regularly employing 100 or more workers, the amount of compensation for absence from work pertaining to that revision) is to be multiplied in calculating the amount of that compensation for absence from work is to be publicly notified, based on the ratio of the quarterly average amount of salary regularly paid every month in each industry in the Monthly Labour Survey to the quarterly average amount of salary for the quarter preceding that quarter.
