法第七十五条第二項の規定による療養の範囲は、次に掲げるものにして、療養上相当と認められるものとする。

病院又は診療所への入院及びその療養に伴う世話その他の看護
Hospitalization for medical treatment and relevant assistance and other nursing care in hospitals or clinics
