特別措置法（とくべつそちほう）

Short name for this Act, the Act on Special Measures for Securing the Financial Resources Necessary to Implement Measures for Reconstruction following the Great East Japan Earthquake (Act No. 117 of 2011), in the wording that the table in Article 33, paragraph (1) substitutes into Article 8-4, paragraph (3), item (iv) of the Act on Special Measures Concerning Taxation.

中型免許（ちゅうがためんきょ）

A mid-sized motor vehicle license (中型自動車免許), the class 1 license (第一種免許) needed under Article 85, paragraph (1) to drive a mid-sized motor vehicle (中型自動車); under Article 85, paragraph (2) it also covers semi-mid-sized and standard motor vehicles, special small motor vehicles and general motorized bicycles.

準中型免許（じゅんちゅうがためんきょ）

A semi-mid-sized motor vehicle license (準中型自動車免許), one of the kinds of class 1 license (第一種免許) that Article 84, paragraph (3) sets out; the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 40 of 2015 use the term for that license as that Act left Article 84, when deeming licenses held under the earlier wording to be licenses of the new kinds.

普通免許（ふつうめんきょ）

A standard motor vehicle license (普通自動車免許), the class 1 license (第一種免許) needed under Article 85, paragraph (1) to drive a standard motor vehicle (普通自動車); under Article 85, paragraph (2) it also covers special small motor vehicles and general motorized bicycles.

労働者派遣法（ろうどうしゃはけんほう）

Short name for this Act, the Act on Ensuring the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Services and Protecting Dispatched Workers (Act No. 88 of 1985), used in the wording it writes into other Acts and in the supplementary provisions of Acts that amended it.

事業（じぎょう）

In Section 4 of Chapter III, a business (事業) as referred to in Article 9 of the Labor Standards Act — the business or office (事業又は事務所) at which a worker is employed.

租税条約等実施特例法（そぜいじょうやくとうじっしとくれいほう）

Short name for the Act on Special Provisions of the Income Tax Act, the Corporation Tax Act and the Local Tax Act Incidental to Enforcement of Tax Treaties, etc. (Act No. 46 of 1969).

平成三十一年改正法（へいせいさんじゅういちねんかいせいほう）

In Article 63, short name for the Act Partially Amending the Income Tax Act, etc. (Act No. 6 of 2019).

Short name for the Public Records and Archives Management Act (Act No. 66 of 2009).

Short name for the Act on Proper Technical Intern Training and Protection of Technical Intern Trainees (Act No. 89 of 2016).

特別会計法（とくべつかいけいほう）

Short name for the Act on Special Accounts (Act No. 23 of 2007).

資産流動化法（しさんりゅうどうかほう）

Short name in Article 67-14(1) for the Act on the Securitization of Assets (Act No. 105 of 1998).

変名（へんめい）

A pen name, art name, abbreviated name or any other name used in place of a person's true name (実名).

中型第二種免許（ちゅうがただいにしゅめんきょ）

A class 2 mid-sized motor vehicle license (中型自動車第二種免許), the class 2 license (第二種免許) that Article 86, paragraph (1) requires for driving a mid-sized or semi-mid-sized motor vehicle (中型自動車, 準中型自動車) used for passenger motor carrier services (旅客自動車運送事業) in order to carry its passengers.

普通第二種免許（ふつうだいにしゅめんきょ）

A class 2 standard motor vehicle license (普通自動車第二種免許), one of the kinds of class 2 license (第二種免許) that Article 84, paragraph (4) sets out; the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 90 of 2004 and Act No. 40 of 2015 use the term for that license as each of those Acts left Article 84, when deeming licenses held under the earlier wording to be licenses of the new kinds.

組織的犯罪処罰法（そしきてきはんざいしょばつほう）

Short name for the Act on Punishment of Organized Crimes and Control of Proceeds of Crime (Act No. 136 of 1999).

原付免許（げんつきめんきょ）

A motorized bicycle license (原動機付自転車免許), the class 1 license (第一種免許) needed under Article 85, paragraph (1) to drive a general motorized bicycle (一般原動機付自転車).

中型仮免許（ちゅうがたかりめんきょ）

A provisional mid-sized motor vehicle license (中型自動車仮免許), the provisional license (仮免許) that under Article 87 lets a person who does not hold the full license drive a mid-sized motor vehicle (中型自動車), a semi-mid-sized motor vehicle or a standard motor vehicle for practice, or in a driving test or skills evaluation (技能検定).

準中型仮免許（じゅんちゅうがたかりめんきょ）

A provisional semi-mid-sized motor vehicle license (準中型自動車仮免許), one of the four kinds of provisional license (仮免許) that Article 84, paragraph (5) sets out.
