Common abbreviation

略称(りゃくしょう)

The short form people use for a law's title — 労基法 (Rōki-hō) for the Labor Standards Act, 労働基準法. It is a popular name used outside the law, not its title, and one law can have more than one; e-Gov lets you search by it.
