第四号厚生年金被保険者（だいよんごうこうせいねんきんひほけんしゃ）

A category 4 insured person under Employees' Pension Insurance (厚生年金保険) as provided in Article 2-5, paragraph (1), item (iv) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act.

電子決済手段・暗号資産仲介行為（でんしけっさいしゅだん・あんごうしさんちゅうかいこうい）

In Articles 63-22-8, 63-22-9 and 63-22-14, the acts in Article 2, paragraph (18), items (i) and (ii): acting as intermediary, on behalf of the electronic payment instruments service provider or cryptoasset exchange service provider that has entrusted it, for the buying, selling or exchange of electronic payment instruments or cryptoassets.

番号等（ばんごうとう）

In Article 74-13-4, paragraph (2), a participant's individual or corporate number (番号) and other matters set by Ministry of Finance Order (財務省令), which a book-entry transfer institution must give to a share issuer or account management institution that has to file a statement (調書) with the tax office.

The individual number (the personal 'My Number') as defined in Article 2, paragraph (5) of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (Act No. 27 of 2013).

第二号許可（だいにごうきょか）

The permission under Article 12, paragraph (1) (special permission to land) or Chapter IV, Section 2 (such as a change of status of residence) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act for a foreign national who is to carry on Highly Skilled Professional (ii) activities; Article 2 sets the criteria the person must meet when it is granted.

届出番号等（とどけでばんごうとう）

The number, mark or other code that the public safety commission (公安委員会) gives a user of a remotely operated small vehicle (遠隔操作型小型車) who has notified it under Article 15-3, paragraph (1), to identify that user; Article 15-4 requires it to be shown on the vehicle.

第一号許可等（だいいちごうきょかとう）

Any of the grants Article 1 sets the Highly Skilled Professional (i) criteria for: a seal of verification for landing or a landing permission under Chapter III, Section 1 or 2 of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (where it decides a status of residence), a permission under Chapter IV, Section 2 of that Act (such as a change of status of residence or an extension of the period of stay), special permission to stay under Article 50, paragraph (1) (where it decides a status of residence), or a permission to acquire a status of residence under Article 61-2-5, paragraph (1).

番号既告知者（ばんごうきこくちしゃ）

A person a Cabinet Order (政令) sets as having already notified the business office of his or her individual number (個人番号).

個人番号カード（こじんばんごうかーど）

An Individual Number Card as defined in Article 2, paragraph (7) of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures: a card showing, among other things, the holder's name, address, date of birth, sex and Individual Number (個人番号), with a photograph unless the holder is below an age set by Ministerial Order, and with that information also recorded electronically.

番号利用法施行令（ばんごうりようほうせこうれい）

Short name, in items (v) and (vi) of Article 3-3, paragraph (2), for the Cabinet Order (政令) enforcing the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (Cabinet Order No. 155 of 2014), whose Article 14 lists the cases in which an Individual Number Card (個人番号カード) ceases to be valid.

法人番号印刷書類（ほうじんばんごういんさつしょるい）

In Article 81-6, a paper printed out, within six months before it is shown to the head of the business office of the savings handling institution, from the National Tax Agency's computer system with the corporation's name, head office address and corporate number as published under Article 39, paragraph (4) of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures.

In Article 63-9-3, the nature of cryptoassets (暗号資産) and the other matters a Cabinet Office Order (内閣府令) sets, about which a cryptoasset exchange service provider must not make misleading representations.

第一号生活支援事業（だいいちごうせいかつしえんじぎょう）

In Article 115-45, paragraph (1), item (i), (c) and (d), a project giving insured persons requiring support at home and others a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Order (厚生労働省令) specifies (居宅要支援被保険者等) support of a kind that Order specifies for living independently in the community, under standards that Order sets, where it is found effective when given together with preventive long-term care service business, community-based preventive long-term care service business, or category 1 home-visit or day service projects.

暗号等資産関連行為（あんごうとうしさんかんれんこうい）

In Article 43-6, paragraph (2), a financial instruments transaction (金融商品取引行為) concerning crypto-and other assets (暗号等資産) that a Cabinet Office Order (内閣府令) specifies.

みなし個人番号カード（みなしこじんばんごうかーど）

In Article 4, the Individual Number Card (個人番号カード) that a specified residence card (特定在留カード) is deemed to be, as if issued under Article 17, paragraph (1) of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures, under Article 18-5, paragraph (9) of that Act.

暗号等資産関連オプション（あんごうとうしさんかんれんおぷしょん）

In Article 185-23, paragraph (1) and Article 185-24, paragraph (1), item (iii), an option on crypto-and other assets (暗号等資産) or on a cryptoasset-related financial index (暗号等資産関連金融指標).
