旧受給資格者（きゅうじゅきゅうしかくしゃ）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 54 of 1984, a qualified recipient of the basic allowance (基本手当) whose separation from service (離職) for that qualification was before that Act came into effect.

旧介護保険法（きゅうかいごほけんほう）

In Article 130-2 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 83 of 2006, the Long-Term Care Insurance Act (Act No. 123 of 1997) as it stood before Article 26 of that Act amended it, which, with the related former provisions of other laws, stayed in force until 31 March 2024 for long-term care sanatorium medical facilities (介護療養型医療施設) designated when Article 26 came into effect.

高度専門職省令（こうどせんもんしょくしょうれい）

Short name for Ministry of Justice Order No. 37 of 2014, which sets the criteria in the Highly Skilled Professional (高度専門職) row of Appended Table I(2) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act.

農地法等改正法（のうちほうとうかいせいほう）

Short name for the Act Partially Amending the Cropland Act, etc. (Act No. 57 of 2009).

元年旧地方税法（がんねんきゅうちほうぜいほう）

The Local Tax Act as it stood before Article 2 of the Act Partially Amending the Local Tax Act and the Local Allocation Tax Act to Carry Out a Drastic Reform of the Tax System for Securing Stable Financial Resources for Social Security, etc. (Act No. 69 of 2012) amended it on 1 October 2019, as Article 8 of that Act's supplementary provisions (附則) keeps it applying.

無記名公社債等（むきめいこうしゃさいとう）

In Article 51 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Ministry of Finance Order No. 53 of 2014, the bearer bonds and similar securities referred to in Article 339, paragraph (1) of the Order for Enforcement of the Income Tax Act as it stood before Article 15 of Cabinet Order No. 179 of 2014 amended it.

欠損等連結法人（けっそんとうれんけつほうじん）

In Article 21 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 8 of 2020, a consolidated corporation showing a loss, etc. as defined in Article 81-10, paragraph (1) of the Corporation Tax Act as it stood before that Act amended it (旧法人税法).

銀行持株会社等（ぎんこうもちかぶがいしゃとう）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 107 of 1998 (Article 102, paragraph (3) and Article 105) and of Act No. 45 of 2013 (Article 13, paragraph (3)), a bank holding company or long-term credit bank holding company (長期信用銀行持株会社) whose combined credit and contributions to one person, with its subsidiary companies, etc. (子会社等), exceeded the maximum amount of credit and contribution by a bank holding company when the provisions concerned came into effect.

新電気工事士法（しんでんきこうじしほう）

This Act as amended by Article 1 of Act No. 84 of 1987.

新都道府県計画（しんとどうふけんけいかく）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 31 of 2015, the prefectural plan for the optimization of medical expenses (都道府県医療費適正化計画) that each prefecture is to draw up promptly on or after 1 April 2016, when the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of those supplementary provisions came into effect, under the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People as amended by Article 9 of that Act.

平成十九年改正法（へいせいじゅうきゅうねんかいせいほう）

Short name for the 2007 Act partially amending the law on the smooth return of Japanese nationals left behind in China and their support after permanent return to Japan (Act No. 127 of 2007).

旧厚生年金保険法（きゅうこうせいねんきんほけんほう）

The Employees' Pension Insurance Act as it stood before Article 3 of the Act partially amending the National Pension Act and other Acts (Act No. 34 of 1985) amended it.

みなし新法許可者（みなししんぽうきょかしゃ）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 66 of 1995, a person who held a former Act permit (旧法許可) when that Act came into effect and whom Article 3, paragraph (1) of those provisions therefore treats as holding a permit (許可) under Article 3 of the Secondhand Goods Business Act as amended by Act No. 66 of 1995.

マンション再生法（まんしょんさいせいほう）

Short name, in Article 10, paragraph 5 of the supplementary provisions (附則), for the Act on Facilitation of the Regeneration, etc. of Condominiums (Act No. 78 of 2002).

経過措置対象年度（けいかそちたいしょうねんど）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 8 of 2003, a business year subject to the transitional measures under Article 3, paragraph (1) of the supplementary provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Corporation Tax Act, etc. (Act No. 79 of 2002), counting only one that was to be the first consolidated business year.

昭和六十一年新法（しょうわろくじゅういちねんしんぽう）

In Article 3 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 6 of 1984, this Act as amended by the Act Partially Amending the Act on Special Measures Concerning Taxation (Act No. 13 of 1986).

時効消滅不整合期間（じこうしょうめつふせいごうきかん）

An inconsistent period (不整合期間) — premium-paid time as a category 3 insured person (第三号被保険者) later corrected in the records to time as a category 1 insured person (第一号被保険者) — for which the right to collect premiums had already become time-barred when the record was corrected (Article 9-4-2 of the supplementary provisions (附則)).

旧保険料納付済期間（きゅうほけんりょうのうふずみきかん）

In Articles 8 and 27 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 34 of 1985, national pension insured time before 1 April 1986 that was a premium-paid period under Article 5, paragraph (3) of the former National Pension Act (旧国民年金法), including time other laws treat as such; it counts as a premium-paid period (保険料納付済期間) under this Act.

障害者等確認申請書（しょうがいしゃとうかくにんしんせいしょ）

In Article 3 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Ministry of Finance Order No. 25 of 2002, the application under Article 4, paragraph (4) of the supplementary provisions of Cabinet Order No. 103 of 2002 by which a person with a disability or other eligible person (障害者等) asked the head of the business office of the financial institution (金融機関の営業所等) holding their savings, before 1 January 2006, to confirm that they were such a person.
