昭和五十五年新法（しょうわごじゅうごねんしんぽう）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Acts No. 11 of 1978 and No. 15 of 1979, this Act as amended by the Act Partially Amending the Act on Special Measures Concerning Taxation (Act No. 9 of 1980).

第一条改正前入管法（だいいちじょうかいせいまえにゅうかんほう）

This Act as it stood before Article 1 of the 2023 amending law (Act No. 56 of 2023) amended it.

第四条改正前国保法（だいよんじょうかいせいまえこくほほう）

In Article 5 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 31 of 2023, the National Health Insurance Act (Act No. 192 of 1958) as it stood before Article 4 of Act No. 31 of 2023 amended it.

改正前の国民年金法（かいせいまえのこくみんねんきんほう）

This Act as it stood before Article 1 of Act No. 86 of 1989 amended it.

一時抹消登録自動車（いちじまっしょうとうろくじどうしゃ）

In Article 8 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 40 of 2006, a motor vehicle that received temporary cancellation of registration (一時抹消登録) under this Act as it stood before Article 2 of that Act amended it, before the date the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iv) of those supplementary provisions came into effect (一部施行日).

未成年者口座管理契約（みせいねんしゃこうざかんりけいやく）

A minor's account management contract as defined in Article 37-14-2, paragraph 5, item 2 of the Act on Special Measures Concerning Taxation: a contract for book entries or custody of listed shares, etc. (上場株式等) that a resident, or a nonresident with a permanent establishment (恒久的施設), makes with a financial instruments business operator, etc. (金融商品取引業者等) to receive the tax exemptions of that Act, whose written terms include the matters that item lists.

平成二十四年機能強化法（へいせいにじゅうよねんきのうきょうかほう）

Short name, in the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 74 of 2025, for the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. to Strengthen, etc. the Financial Basis and Minimum Guarantee Function of the Public Pension System (Act No. 62 of 2012).

第二条改正後雇用保険法（だいにじょうかいせいごこようほけんほう）

This Act as amended by Article 2 of Act No. 17 of 2016.

昭和六十年国民年金等改正法（しょうわろくじゅうねんこくみんねんきんとうかいせいほう）

Short name for the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. (Act No. 34 of 1985).

特定四分の三未満短時間労働者（とくていよんぶんのさんみまんたんじかんろうどうしゃ）

In Article 46 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 62 of 2012, a part-time worker employed at an applicable place of business (適用事業所) other than a specified applicable place of business (特定適用事業所) or one of the State or a local government, whose prescribed weekly working hours or monthly working days are less than three-quarters of those of the ordinary workers (通常の労働者) there, and who falls under none of the items of Article 3, paragraph (1) of this Act (other than one whom Article 45 of those provisions takes out of item (ix)); for the time being such a worker is not insured under health insurance.

新戸籍（しんこせき）

A family register (戸籍) newly created on or after the date the provisions listed in Article 1, item 3 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 48 of 2023 come into effect — among them Article 7 of that Act, which amends this Act.

特例執行文付与申立事件に関する申立て等（とくれいしっこうぶんふよもうしたてじけんにかんするもうしたてとう）

A petition (申立て) or other statement (申述) made in a case concerning a petition for granting of a special attestation of enforceability (特例執行文付与申立事件).

旧法（きゅうほう）

This Act as it stood before Act No. 42 of 1957 amended it.

新法（しんぽう）

This Act as amended by Act No. 54 of 2008.

This Act as it stood before Act No. 30 of 2018 amended it.
