A person who has received the designation under paragraph (1) of the preceding Article (hereinafter referred to as a "designated motor vehicle maintenance business operator") must maintain the facilities referred to in that paragraph (including facilities for the inspection of motor vehicles; the same applies in the following paragraph), technology and management organization so as to conform to the standards prescribed in paragraph (1) of that Article.
If the Director of a District Transport Bureau finds that the facilities, technology and management organization referred to in paragraph (1) of the preceding Article do not conform to the standards prescribed in that paragraph, the Director may order the designated motor vehicle maintenance business operator to take the measures necessary to rectify this.
地方運輸局長は、前条第一項の設備、技術及び管理組織が同項に規定する基準に適合していないと認めるときは、当該指定自動車整備事業者に対し、その是正のために必要な措置をとるべきことを命ずることができる。
