Beyond as provided for in Article 58-3, paragraphs (1) and (2), a police officer may order the driver of a vehicle or streetcar to stop and take the necessary stop-gap measures to prevent a hazard in connection with the vehicle's or streetcar's carrying of passengers, carrying of loads, or towing of vehicles, on finding it to be particularly necessary to do so in order to prevent that hazard.
警察官は、第五十八条の三第一項及び第二項の規定による場合のほか、車両等の乗車、積載又は牽引について危険を防止するため特に必要があると認めるときは、当該車両等を停止させ、及び当該車両等の運転者に対し、危険を防止するため必要な応急の措置をとることを命ずることができる。
