When the chief of a police station finds it necessary for the enforcement of the preceding Article, the chief may request the user, etc. of a vehicle stored pursuant to paragraph (6) of that Article or other relevant persons, or the owner, possessor, or other person with title to a load stored pursuant to paragraph (6) of that Article as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (22) of that Article or other relevant persons, to make the necessary reports or submit the necessary materials concerning that vehicle or load.
When the chief of a police station finds it necessary for the enforcement of the preceding Article, the chief may make inquiries to, or ask for cooperation from, government agencies, public bodies, and other persons.
警察署長は、前条の規定の施行のため必要があると認めるときは、官庁、公共団体その他の者に照会し、又は協力を求めることができる。
