If one of the following items applies to a registered corporation, the public safety commission may revoke its registration:
it comes to fall under Article 51-8, paragraph (3), item (ii);

it violates an order under the preceding Article;

it fails to report or falsely reports as under paragraph (1) of the following Article; or it refuses, obstructs, or avoids an inspection under that paragraph;
it violates Article 51-12, paragraphs (2) through (4);
第五十一条の十二第二項から第四項までの規定に違反したとき。
it was registered through deception or other wrongful means.
