Article 14-3Obligations of a Person Who Performs Remote Operation of a Remotely Operated Small Vehicle
第十四条の三（遠隔操作型小型車の遠隔操作を行う者の義務）
A person who performs remote operation of a remotely operated small vehicle (limited to one traveling on a road) must reliably operate the device for remote operation with respect to that remotely operated small vehicle, and must cause it to travel at a speed and in a manner that will not cause harm to others, in accordance with the conditions of the road, traffic, and that remotely operated small vehicle.
