A public safety commission may inspect a designated training institution to see whether it conforms to the criteria prescribed in the items of Article 108-4, paragraph (1) or is being operated in accordance with Article 108-5, paragraph (1) or (2), and may ask it to report as necessary or submit the necessary materials.
