Article 6Matters to Be Stated in a Certificate of Residence Concerning the Qualification to Receive of a Person Receiving the Child Allowance
第六条（児童手当の支給を受けている者の受給資格に関する住民票の記載事項）
The matters concerning the qualification to receive of a person receiving the Child Allowance prescribed in Article 7, item (xi)-2 of the Act that are specified by Cabinet Order are the year and month in which payment of the Child Allowance began or ended.
法第七条第十一号の二に規定する児童手当の支給を受けている者の受給資格に関する事項で政令で定めるものは、児童手当の支給が始まり、又は終わつた年月とする。
