Article 24-2Cases Where the Special Provisions Cannot Apply to the First Moving-in Notification, etc.

二A case where a person who has made a moving-out notification makes the first moving-in notification on or after the earlier of the day on which 30 days have elapsed from the scheduled date of moving out notified by that moving-out notification and the day on which 14 days have elapsed from the day of moving in;

三A case where, at the time of the first moving-in notification, the Individual Number Card (meaning the Individual Number Card prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (7) of the Number Use Act; the same applies hereinafter) has not been submitted under Article 17, paragraph (6) of the Number Use Act.

一A case where a household member (meaning a household member prescribed in Article 24-2, paragraph (2) of the Act; the same applies hereinafter in this paragraph) who has made a moving-out notification has been recorded in the basic resident register of any municipality during the period from the making of that moving-out notification until the first moving-in notification concerning a household member (meaning the first moving-in notification concerning a household member prescribed in paragraph (2) of that Article; the same applies hereinafter) is made;

二A case where the householder of the household to which a household member who has made a moving-out notification belongs makes the first moving-in notification concerning a household member on or after the earlier of the day on which 30 days have elapsed from the scheduled date of moving out notified by that moving-out notification and the day on which 14 days have elapsed from the day of moving in;

三A case where, at the time of the first moving-in notification concerning a household member, the Individual Number Card has not been submitted under Article 17, paragraph (6) of the Number Use Act for the householder of the household to which the household member who has made a moving-out notification belongs.
