Article 17-2Application Mutatis Mutandis of Provisions on Certificates of Residence
第十七条の二（住民票に関する規定の準用）
The provisions of Article 15-2 apply mutatis mutandis to the operations specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 12-3, paragraph (4), item (v) of the Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 15-4, paragraph (5) of the Act.
第十五条の二の規定は、法第十五条の四第五項において準用する法第十二条の三第四項第五号に規定する政令で定める業務について準用する。
The provisions of Article 2, Article 15 and Article 16 apply mutatis mutandis to removed certificates of residence. In this case, the terms listed in the middle column of the following table in the provisions listed in the left-hand column of the table are deemed to be replaced with the terms listed in the right-hand column of the same table, respectively.
