Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Concerning Adverse Dispositions for Which Consultation, etc. Has Been Made
第二条（諮問等がされた不利益処分に関する経過措置）
In the case where, before this Act comes into effect, a consultation or other request has been made, pursuant to laws and regulations, to a council or other collegial body to follow procedures equivalent to a hearing or the grant of an opportunity for explanation as prescribed in Article 13 of the Administrative Procedure Act or other procedures for stating opinions, with regard to the procedures for the adverse disposition pertaining to that consultation or other request, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of the relevant Acts as amended by this Act.
この法律の施行前に法令に基づき審議会その他の合議制の機関に対し行政手続法第十三条に規定する聴聞又は弁明の機会の付与の手続その他の意見陳述のための手続に相当する手続を執るべきことの諮問その他の求めがされた場合においては、当該諮問その他の求めに係る不利益処分の手続に関しては、この法律による改正後の関係法律の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
