附 則
This Act comes into effect as of October 1, 1974, and applies to the tax for promotion of power-resources development on electricity sold for which the right to receive payment of the charges becomes fixed on or after November 1 of the same year and on the electricity prescribed in Article 7, paragraph (1), item (ii) that is measured under paragraph (2) of that Article on or after that day.
この法律は、昭和四十九年十月一日から施行し、同年十一月一日以後に料金の支払を受ける権利が確定される販売電気及び同日以後に第七条第二項の計量がされる同条第一項第二号に規定する電気に対する電源開発促進税について適用する。
