第二条（行政手続における特定の個人を識別するための番号の利用等に関する法律の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the inclusion of the photograph of the person themselves on an Individual Number Card (meaning an Individual Number Card prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (7) of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (referred to as the "Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures" in paragraphs (2) and (3) of the following Article); the same applies in the following Article) that has actually been applied for or issued at the time the provisions set forth in item (ii) of the preceding Article come into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
