Supplementary Provisions, Article 3-2Transitional Measures Concerning the Japan Pension Service
第三条の二（日本年金機構に係る経過措置）
Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 9, paragraph (1), the Japan Pension Service may not use Individual Numbers to handle the processes listed in the right-hand column of Appended Table 1 during the period from the date on which the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iv) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect until the date specified by Cabinet Order on or before May 31, 2017.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 19, items (vii) and (viii), during the period from the date on which the provisions listed in Article 1, item (v) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect until the date specified by Cabinet Order on or before November 30, 2017, the Japan Pension Service is not to fall under the Person Referring Information and the Person Providing Information, and the Person Providing Information for Processes under Ordinances.
