Supplementary Provisions, Article 13Transitional Measures Accompanying Partial Amendment of the Medical Care Act
第十三条（医療法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 69-2, paragraph (2) of the Medical Care Act as amended by the provisions of Article 8 (limited to the amending provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions) apply to matters concerning fiscal years beginning on or after September 1, 2022.
第八条の規定（附則第一条第二号に掲げる改正規定に限る。）による改正後の医療法第六十九条の二第二項の規定は、令和四年九月一日以後に始まる会計年度に係る事項について適用する。
