Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures Concerning Making Public the Details of Reports on Operations
第五条（業務に関する報告書の内容の公表に関する経過措置）
With regard to a report on operations submitted before the Effective Date pursuant to Article 12-2 or 12-3 of the Medical Care Act before its amendment by the provisions of Article 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Medical Care Act"), the provisions of Article 12-2, paragraph (2) or Article 12-3, paragraph (2) of the New Medical Care Act do not apply.
施行日前に第二条の規定による改正前の医療法（以下「旧医療法」という。）第十二条の二又は第十二条の三の規定に基づき提出された業務に関する報告書については、新医療法第十二条の二第二項又は第十二条の三第二項の規定は、適用しない。
