Supplementary Provisions, Article 143
第百四十三条
When the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare finds it necessary in order to ensure the proper operation of evaluation services, etc., the minister may order the medical institution work environment evaluation center to make necessary reports on the status of the evaluation services, etc. or assets, or have the relevant officials enter the office of the medical institution work environment evaluation center and inspect the status of the evaluation services, etc. or books, documents or other objects.
厚生労働大臣は、評価等業務の適正な運営を確保するために必要があると認めるときは、医療機関勤務環境評価センターに対し、評価等業務若しくは資産の状況に関し必要な報告を命じ、又は当該職員に、医療機関勤務環境評価センターの事務所に立ち入り、評価等業務の状況若しくは帳簿書類その他の物件を検査させることができる。
The provisions of Article 6-24, paragraphs (2) and (3) apply mutatis mutandis to the entry and inspection under the preceding paragraph.
第六条の二十四第二項及び第三項の規定は、前項の規定による立入検査について準用する。
