第百四十四条
The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, to the extent necessary to enforce the provisions of this Act, may issue to the medical institution work environment evaluation center orders necessary for the supervision of the evaluation services, etc.
厚生労働大臣は、この法律を施行するために必要な限度において、医療機関勤務環境評価センターに対し、評価等業務に関し監督上必要な命令をすることができる。
