第百四十二条
A medical institution work environment evaluation center, pursuant to an Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, must keep books, describe particulars specified by an Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare concerning the evaluation services, etc. therein, and store them.
医療機関勤務環境評価センターは、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、帳簿を備え、評価等業務に関し厚生労働省令で定める事項を記載し、これを保存しなければならない。
