Supplementary Provisions, Article 130
第百三十条
The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may, for the time being, upon its application, designate as a medical institution work environment evaluation center a general incorporated association or general incorporated foundation that has the purpose of contributing to the efficient provision of high-quality and appropriate medical care by physicians by evaluating the initiatives of hospitals or clinics to shorten the working hours of physicians whose work extends over long hours, and that is found to be capable of carrying out the operations prescribed in the following Article appropriately and reliably.
When the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare has made the designation under the preceding paragraph, the Minister must give public notice of the name, address and location of the office of the relevant medical institution work environment evaluation center.
厚生労働大臣は、前項の規定による指定をしたときは、当該医療機関勤務環境評価センターの名称、住所及び事務所の所在地を公示しなければならない。
When a medical institution work environment evaluation center intends to change its name, address or the location of its office, the center must notify the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare to that effect in advance.
医療機関勤務環境評価センターは、その名称、住所又は事務所の所在地を変更しようとするときは、あらかじめ、その旨を厚生労働大臣に届け出なければならない。
When a notification is made under the preceding paragraph, the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare must give public notice of the matters relating to that notification.
厚生労働大臣は、前項の規定による届出があつたときは、当該届出に係る事項を公示しなければならない。
