Supplementary Provisions, Article 107

第百七条

The administrator of a hospital or clinic must, for the time being, establish the system necessary to ascertain the health condition of the physicians working at the hospital or clinic and to respond to it appropriately.

病院又は診療所の管理者は、当分の間、当該病院又は診療所に勤務する医師の健康状態を把握し、適切に対応するために必要な体制を整備しなければならない。

病院（びょういん）
A place where a doctor or dentist practises medicine or dentistry for the public or for a particular group of many people and which has facilities for admitting 20 or more inpatients, as Article 1-5, paragraph (1) defines it.

clinic
診療所（しんりょうじょ）
A place where a doctor or dentist practises medicine or dentistry for the public or for a particular group of many people, which either has no facilities for admitting inpatients (and is not a facility for receiving online medical care (オンライン診療受診施設)) or has facilities for 19 or fewer, as Article 1-5, paragraph (2) defines it.
医師又は歯科医師が、公衆又は特定多数人のため医業又は歯科医業を行う場所であつて、患者を入院させるための施設を有しないもの（オンライン診療受診施設であるものを除く。）又は十九人以下の患者を入院させるための施設を有するもの
