第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Civil Code (Act No. 44 of 2017) comes into effect.
この法律は、民法の一部を改正する法律（平成二十九年法律第四十四号）の施行の日から施行する。
