第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Cabinet Act (Act No. 88 of 1999) comes into effect.
この法律は、内閣法の一部を改正する法律（平成十一年法律第八十八号）の施行の日から施行する。
