Article 92Relationship of the Rules of Employment to Laws and Regulations and to Collective Agreements
第九十二条（法令及び労働協約との関係）
The rules of employment must not violate any laws and regulations or any collective agreement applicable to the workplace concerned.
就業規則は、法令又は当該事業場について適用される労働協約に反してはならない。
The relevant government agency may order the revision of any rules of employment that conflict with laws and regulations or with a collective agreement.
行政官庁は、法令又は労働協約に牴触する就業規則の変更を命ずることができる。
